For App Owners

Register as an app owner, pay the one-time submission fee upfront via Paystack, and submit your app details. Our admin team will review your submission within 24-48 hours and notify you via email once approved.
After payment, your app enters the admin review queue. Once approved, our admin creates testing campaigns for your app, assigns qualified testers, and you'll start receiving valuable feedback and engagement from real users.
Yes! After submitting your app, you can track its status (Draft, Pending Payment, Pending Review, Approved, Rejected) from your app owner dashboard. You'll also receive email notifications at each stage.
If your app is rejected, you'll receive an email with specific reasons. You can address the issues and resubmit without paying an additional fee. Our team is here to help ensure your app meets quality standards.

Getting Started

Joining is free and instant. Simply sign up with your email via WhatsApp. Once logged in, you can browse available apps and verify your phone number to start earning. We support users worldwide.
Yes, you generally need an Android or iOS device to test mobile applications. Each app listing specifies the platform requirements (e.g., 'Android Only' or 'iOS Only').

Earning & Payments

Earnings vary by app. Most apps pay per approved review. You can see the exact rate (e.g., KES 50.00/review) clearly listed on each app's detail page before you start.
Once you submit a withdrawal request from your dashboard, it is processed by our team. You can track the status of your withdrawal (Pending, Approved, Declined) directly in your transaction history.
Reviews are verified for quality. Common reasons for rejection include: generic feedback, missing screenshots, testing the wrong app, or duplicate submissions. Admins provide specific feedback if a review is marked 'Invalid'.

Testing Process

Yes. To ensure quality distribution, each app has a daily limit (e.g., 3 reviews per day). You can see your remaining reviews for the day on the app's page. Once you hit the limit, you can still test for free if you wish, but you won't be paid for extra reviews.
It's a 5-step guided process: 1. Select an App, 2. Read Instructions, 3. Test & Rate, 4. Upload Proof (Screenshots), 5. Submit. Your review will then be in 'Pending' status until approved.

Privacy & Account

Absolutely. We use secure sessions and do not share your personal details with app developers beyond what is necessary for testing (like your device model). Payments and phone numbers are encrypted.
Qailly uses a password-less system for maximum security. You log in via a secure One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email address each time you want to access your account.
Violations are taken seriously and result in account moderation. WARNING: You cannot withdraw funds but can continue testing. RESTRICTED: Limited account access, but recoverable by contacting support. BANNED: Permanent account termination with no recovery option. Always follow our guidelines to maintain good standing.
Yes! Restricted accounts are recoverable. If your account is restricted, contact our support team to appeal the decision. After review, admins can restore your account to active status. However, banned accounts are permanent and cannot be appealed.
